mini gardens

Mini-garden in lilac-pink and red Just right for large round pots shallow containers at least 100 cm (39 inches) in diameter. Three small shrubs are planted in the middle in a more or less triangular configuration (in this case, Viburnum tinus 'Eve Price').

In a concentric triangle around the shrubs, about 20 pre-forced tulips ('Christmas mini garden imageDream') are planted. The space remaining between the tulips is filled in with 30 - 35 small-flowering bicolored (lilac and pink) pansies. The advantage of using small-flowering pansies is that they can easily withstand poor weather conditions and continue blooming until well into May. Like the Viburnum, they serve as the permanent planting for these pots whilst the tulips can be replaced once or twice during this period.
