Now that the choices of location and products have been made, the quantities per square meter/yard can be used to prepare an order list. The flower bulb supplier would prefer receiving this order list in the spring. This might seem early, but these companies start their purchasing as soon as the bulb fields are in flower.

Placing an order in time avoids disappointments when the flower bulbs are delivered in the autumn. Make clear agreements concerning the delivery period so that the flower bulbs will not have to be stored for a long time before being planted.
